In the context of my PhD,  fieldwork on root reinforcement and distribution was undertaken in New Zealand in October 2019. I mapped the study area using a personal DJI Mavic Pro UAV. Photogrammetry  for pointcloud generation was conducted using Pix4d and the presentation below with annotations was constructed with the Potree software.
